On May 18, 2025, Prime minister ISHIBA Shigeru visited the Global Research and Development Center for Business by Quantum-AI technology (G-QuAT) Headquarters building completed at the Tsukuba Center of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), where an inauguration ceremony was held.
